Fire Roasted Napoletana Pizza

May 8, 2015

Mamma Mia! This is my first blog post. I’m hoping it looks a lot cooler when published. We shall see. But hey, there’s pizza.

To recreate the deliciousness above and below, you will need the following:

1. Pizza Crust, my gluten free favorite is Against The Grain’s frozen pizza crust, a blank canvas for any gluten free pizza your heart desires.

2. Canned fire roasted tomatoes (my favorite are the Murr Glen Organic, marked gf on the label)

3. Any size shape or shave of mozerella, wherever you fancy.

4. Baby arugula

5. Balsamic glaze

6. Olive oil, salt, peppa, and then anything else you’d like to add. Chilies perhaps?

You’ll want drain the tomatoes and toss them with salt and olive oil before spreading onto the crust, from there, sprinkle your mozzarella on top and pop into the oven, which should be at 375. From thawed, this puppy should cook for about 8 mins and broil for 2 to achieve that golden glow.

From there I simply take a handful of baby arugula and plop it in the center. Then I drizzle my balsamic glaze, some more olive oil and season with a little more salt and fresh ground pepper. All that’s left is to dig in?
